Nip and Tuck

It's back and we watched the first episode last night. Looks like a slow start for season three. Rubbish I know but I can't resist it hehe. We also watched a new format Gordon Ramsey show where he does a Jamie Oliver style demonstration in a very nice kitchen. Would you believe he only swears once. He does a saddle of lamb stuffed with goodies that Sigrun is very keen for me to have a go at. It is time to get back in the kitchen.......

Oh and did I mention that he shows how to make scrambled eggs the right way - doesn't he dear............

Remember These ?

Quick20draw004
At dinner we got on to cartoons and it was interesting to hear what the different shows were that people remembered. Those of us with *ahem* longer memories could remember Quick Draw McGraw while we worked out that Skyhover was a care bear fan (just kidding hehe) Sivin dragged up a couple of anime favourites that I also watched as a whippersnapper marine boy and astro boy, I think speed racer, gigantor, kimba, and Tom of T.H.U.M.B. all came from Japan and very often many of the characters looked remarkably similar. For you young folks you can catch up here.

I leave you with the theme song for Gigantor, always liked this oneDownload gigantor.wav
