Saw this in my new Ramsay book (thanks Adeline & Alpha) and had to make it. Rich beef stew with a cheesy scone topping. Not sure about it being pub food but it was delicious.

Looking Forward To Spring
First nice day since Paul & Robyn arrived so mice to het outside. Put another coat on the last window and enjoying an ale by the chiminea. Cleaned the pilot on the spa heater and going to have a soak later
